I’m a one of six leaders that program “LA
YURA”, independent aspirant without party to be a President of México in
electoral date Sunday 1, 2012. I say you about Mr. Joseph Biden, Vice president
of USA, had an interview out legal with three official candidates from Mexico:
Enrique Peña Nieto (PRI-PVEM), Josefina Vázquez Mota (PAN) and Manuel Andrés
López Obrador (PRD-PT-PMC). They shouldn’t have taken the hand of the second
man powerest, because our Constitution in lines says something clear to
respect.
Until now, 56 people registered on IFE board (Electoral
Federal Institute), and this bureau refused give us the register to be
President, because the interpretation of judges took a big mistake, after responded NO! for open the
recognize human rights and individual
guaranties. But the crazy moment in assembly was after this NOT PASS, then a
big shoe flied on the room and fall with good noise. The President of IFE,
Leonardo Valdés Zurita was wrong because he voted NO! without read the 56
requirement including mine. The contest in general NO!, that’s is stupid form.
The logical way was read it and after say No!
Well, I’m a political man, teacher in one
hundred institutes since 1972, master of USCF (United States Chess Federation)
after I was co-winner IX National Chess Open in Las Vegas, 1975, I’m too
pedagogy, with studies in chemistry engineering, and philosophy, My plan to
government is LA YURA, meaning Justice. Platform advice on IN ALL PUBLIC
INSTITUTE: High meeting group to take decisions; program for six years;
Management responsive individual only for a year; never reelection; political
school for analysis, innovations and fight.
People in México is too poor, then like Nation we need a State rectory
in all kind of production. Between 30 to 40% the camp haven’t results, then the
State, must put in order the roll. In my
field, Education, I know that each guy in the world after 10 years old, can’t
put hands in front each them and moved one up, one down, very fast. The
impediment is the weak cerebral hemisphere.
Also, everybody is too slow in show a regular movement like a piece
knight of chess. Maybe could do a three or four good moves in one minute. But
after dynamic class it’s possible do after three years later, with good
coaching 300 moves (bytes) in ONE MINUTE. Also I say everybody have a reducing caption
mind map, always, then It’s possible measure, and broken with especial
exercise. That’s a route to put in intelligent alert to all those children and young people in
schools.
